How to navigate manipulations and psy-ops
Jan 27, 2023It seems like everywhere we turn, there's opposing narratives. It can be difficult to discern what is truth or not. Even within the lightworker & spiritual movement where illusions are more easily determined, therein lies layers of distortions. How do we navigate all the noise, manipulations and psychological operations? Rather than diving into more rabbit holes to try and mentally analyze it, we can simply self-reflect on a few questions.
The main questions to ask yourself when discerning what is manipulation or not are: Does this narrative keep you in a frequency such as fear, anxiety, separation that stop you from reaching your true desires and inner power? Are you dehumanizing others you don't know because 'they are wrong and you are right'? If you are crossing that threshold, perhaps disengaging with the narratives is the proper next step. Only you can feel within yourself if or when that comes into play for you.
