Class Plan:
In this class, we will have time for discussion and reflection as well as go into an altered state to track the energy of your Mother and Her People so we can: 

• Explore and clear out inherited wounding, limiting beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that have impacted you.
• Discover how they want to support the growth and healing of you and your ancestors and serve as spiritual guides on your path of transformation.
